HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Kristian Jones on his win with a perfect 3 points and a weight of 369-3 over the 3 days. Well done on getting your name on another trophy here at Tunnel Kristian. We will look forward to seeing you next year to defend your winter title!

We have just launched a junior festival for 2025 with 2 age categories - under 15 and 16-20 year olds. We've already had a lot of interest so I think it's going to be a great event.

NEW DAIWA POLE FISHING CHAMPION CROWNED
|
Huge congratulations to Kieran Marsden being crowned the winner of the 2024 Daiwa Pole Fishing Masters. Not only did Kieran win the trophy but he also caught the biggest weight over the 3-day festival. Well done and we look forward to welcoming you back to Tunnel in 2025 to defend your title. We think their will be a few snapping at your heels!

FIRST SPRING SPECTACULAR CHAMPION CROWNED
Huge congratulations to Mikey Williams on winning the inaugural Spring Spectacular event here at Tunnel Barn. He picked up £2,000 in cash, a Blakes Baits voucher for £500, a Garbolino 10ft Essential Legend Method Feeder Rod and half the £600 biggest weight prize that he shared with Rob Swan who caught exactly the same weight - 187-15. He also gets to be the first name engraved on the new trophy!
Craig Meadows was second and Rob Swan third.

NEW JUNIOR SECTION LAUNCHED

On Sunday 17th March we launched our new Junior Section, Mike's Minnows, in conjunction with Dave Peacey Coaching and First Time Fishing. The first taster event was a roaring success and we had in excess of 30 young adults taking in part in fishing, some for the very first time. We hope they get hooked!

We have a full schedule of Junior Events this year. Get in contact with us to get your young angler booked on by going to the FISHING TAB above and click on JUNIOR COACHING SESSIONS! It's £10/session and if you want to join the Tunnel Barn Junior section and take advantage of discounted tickets and tackle then it's £10 to join until 28th February 2025.

WE HAVE A NEW CHAMPION!A massive congratulations to Andy Bennett on becoming the winner of the Drennan Winter Pole Championship. He walks away with £3,000 in cash and a 16m Drennan Acolyte Carp Pole.
Second place with £1,500 and a new Drennan Acolyte Rod goes to Danny Keenan. Third place with £1,200 and a new Drennan Acolyte Rod goes to Kristian Jones.

TARGET SPORTS STARS FISHING CHAMPIONSHIP 2023

The latest edition of the Sports Stars charity fishing event is still available to watch on catch up. For those that have already watched it, we hope you enjoyed the event. We certainly did and are looking forward to hosting it again next year. We won't spoil it by congratulating the winners in case not everyone as seen it yet!

DAIWA POLE FISHING MASTERS 2023
|
Huge congratulations to Kristian Jones on his win of the Daiwa Pole Fishing Masters 2023. He gets his name engraved on this prestigious trophy, takes away a new Daiwa Air Z PRO pole package and also £3,000 in cash.
Well done to 2nd and 3rd (Jamie Payne and Andy Christie) and to all the other framers. Danny Grimsey was the winner of the biggest overall weight during the competition and took away the new Daiwa Airity PRO package as his prize. The mystery pairs was won by Matty Hamilton and Danny Keenan who won £750 of Daiwa vouchers each, 2nd was Graham Ramsdale and Rob Parker (£500 each) and in 3rd, Matty Dawes and Stephen Peplow took about £250 each. Thank you to all the anglers that continue to support this prestigious event. We look forward to seeing you on the bank next year, if not before.
